iPhone or iPad Outlook App

First, you may need to remove your POP/IMAP account.

Open Outlook. Tap Menu (circle in upper-left corner) > Settings.

Tap your POP/IMAP email address under Mail accounts.

Scroll down and tap Delete Account > Delete.

Next, add your new Exchange account:

Open Outlook > Tap Menu (circle in the upper-left corner) >

Settings > Add Mail Account > Add Email Account.

(If you’re asked to select your email provider, tap Office 365).

Enter your email address and tap Add Account.

Enter your password and Sign In.

(You might need to choose your account type as Work or School.)
